HENRIK LARSEN is Jean Monnet Professor in European Foreign Policy and Security Integration at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He has previously published Discourse Analysis and Foreign Policy: France, Britain and Europe 1997) and The ESDP and the Nordic Countries: Four Variations on a Theme (with Nina Græger and Hanna Ojanen, 2002).
