About Irving B Weiner
Irving B. Weiner, Ph.D., is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the University of South Florida and former Director of Psychological Services at the University of South Florida Psychiatry Center in Tampa, Florida. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and of the Association for Psychological Science, a Diplomat of the American Board of Professional Psychology in both Clinical and Forensic Psychology, and a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Florida. Randy Otto, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Mental Health Policy and Law the University of South Florida, former President of the American Board of Forensic Psychology and as President of the American Psychology-Law Society, and he is currently Treasurer of the American Board of Professional Psychology. He is coordinator of continuing education programs for the American Academy of Forensic Psychology and a recipient of the Academy's award for Distinguished Contributions to Forensic Psychology.
