Raymond H. Witte, PhD, NCSP is Associate Professor, Department of Educational Psychology and Coordinator of the NASP-Approved School Psychology program, Miami University, OH, USA. He is trained and licensed as a School Psychologist and provided educational and psychological services to the Jessamine County School System, the Albert Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY, and Midway College before joining the faculty at Miami University, USA. Dr. Witte's professional training and current instruction focuses on individual and system assessment and intervention, along with mental health provision in the schools. During his 20 years at Miami University, USA, Dr. Witte has provided undergraduate and graduate instruction in the area of educational assessment and evaluation, psychological assessment and intervention, practicum supervision, along with program design and evaluation. He has authored two textbooks, Assessment in Special Education (2014) and Classroom Assessment for Teachers (2011). He has contributed over 20 chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles, including contributions to the two most recent editions of NASP's Best Practices in School Psychology. Susan Mosley-Howard, PhD, is Chair, Department of Educational Psychology, Miami University, OH, USA. She is trained and licensed as a Psychologist in Michigan and as a Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio, USA. Dr. Mosley-Howard has provided educational and psychological services in Eaton County Community Mental Health Center, Wayne State University Achievement Center, USA, Miami University Student Counseling Services, and in private practice, USA. During her 30 years at Miami University, USA, Dr. Mosley-Howard has provided undergraduate and graduate instruction in the area of counselling and mental health intervention, human development and learning, educational measurement, minority mental health, practicum supervision, along with research methods. She is the author of numerous book chapters, encyclopaedia entries, and peer-reviewed articles in such journals as Journal of Diversity in Higher Education, Journal of Black Psychology, Children and Schools, and Journal of Excellence in College Teaching.
