Bonnie Frederick is Professor of Spanish at Texas Christian University. She has published several books on women's literature, and she is co-author, with Dr. Mosqueda, of Spanish for Animal Scientists and Food Animal Producers. Juan Mosqueda is a Professor of Immunology, School of Veterinary Medicine, College of Natural Sciences, Autonomous University of Queretaro, Mexico.
