The authors of Law of Charities in Ireland have brought to their text not only their legal expertise but also practical experience, which is vital to a text of this sort, for the wide and varied readership it will undoubtedly attract. This detailed textbook will be of use to legal practitioners, but more so to all of those others engaged in charities, and it approaches the subject in a practical way.

"The arrival of this fantastic book will lead to an improved understanding of the charity law environment. In doing so it will provide guidance to charities and their advisers pending revisions to the legislative framework. It will also hopefully assist legislators and policy makers in their efforts to strengthen that framework. In the meantime, we will have the great benefit that this thoroughly well researched, comprehensive, authoritative and practical publication provides."
