Reviews for Chill Factor
'Its young Dublin hero sets out to find his missing scientist father. His journey takes him into captivity on a remote island off the Galway coast, where illegal research into stem cells and cloning are being carried out. Issues such as the difference between ethnical and unethical research, and how these relate to the treatment of disability, are explored. Family break-ups and the relationship between fathers and sons also figures. The happy ending is reassuring for the young reader.'
