Return to an order of the Honourable The House of Commons, dated 26 June 1871;- for, Copy ‘Of the Judgement delivered on Friday the 9th June, in the Court of Appeal in Chancery, Ireland, in the Case of the Tenants on the Waterford Estate, by Lord O’Hagan and Lord Justice Christian.’] 18pp. This was the appeal against an order of Judge Lynch pronounced in the Landed Estates Court, which disallowed certain objections made to the rental of the estate by 270 tenants upon it, claiming that there should be inserted in the rental a statement not merely of their tenancies generally, but of their special rights under the Tenant Right Customs of Ulster.
