About Guenter Schaefer
Guenter Schaefer, Professor, Technische Universität Ilmenau, Germany. After obtaining his Ph.D. degree (1998) he worked at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications, Paris, France (1999 - 2000).
