About Kostiantyn P. Morozov
Colonel General (retired) Kostiantyn Petrovych Morozov was the first Minister of Defense of independent Ukraine. During 1994-1995 he was a senior research fellow at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute. He now directs the Center for the Study of Ukrainian Statehood in Kyiv.
