R. C. Hibbeler graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana with a BS in Civil Engineering (majoring in Structures) and an MS in Nuclear Engineering. Professor Hibbeler currently teaches both civil and mechanical engineering courses at the University of Louisiana - Lafayette.
