About John F. Witte
John F. Witte is Director of the Robert La Follette School of Public Affairs and Professor of Political Science and Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is the author of five other books and was the official evaluator of America's first voucher program in Milwaukee from 1990 to 1995.
