Dario ended phone conversations with his family wuth the words 'besos muchos besos,' which sparked the idea for Besos for Baby. Blanca Gómez is an illustrator and graphic designer living in Madrid, Spain. Simple things inspire her and her work, which has been described as clean, whimsical, and yes, simple. She works on a range of different projects for clients around the world, including Monocle, Marks & Spencer, Chronicle Books and Urban Outfitters, but she especially enjoys illustrating books for young readers.
