She has worked as a teacher, trainer and manager in Italy, Hungary, Spain and the UK. She has been involved in both initial and INSET training for both the private and public sectors and in ongoing teacher development as DOS at a large IH school in Spain. In 1998 she received an MA in TEFL from Reading University and at the same time she started writing teaching materials.
