Leo Cullen was born in Tipperary in 1949. He has published a collection of short stories, Clocking Ninety on the Road to Cloughjordan (Belfast, Blackstaff Press, 1994); and a novel, Let's Twist Again (Blackstaff Press, 2001). He lives in Dublin.
