She has also published essays and selections from her column in The Irish Times. Her play, End of Term, was staged in The Peacock Stage of the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, in 1976, and her television play Deeply Regretted By, won two Irish Jacob's Awards and the Best Script Award at the Prague Film Festival. Her novel, Circle of Friends, was filmed. She lives in County Dublin.
